Re: Application for Tuition Reimbursement

Note that the college has ammended this procedure to include the following:

3) The total lifetime amount of financial support from this initiative may not exceed $7,500.00 for any one individual staff member - effective September 1, 2006

Note the following submission dates for the 2006 - 2007 academic year

• Winter - by Nov 16/06
• Spring - by Feb 14/07
• Summer - by Apr 15/07
• Fall - by June 30/07

Copies of the completed application form must be submitted to the immediate supervisor and human resources
